Provider Registration Terms

User inquiry

Users have at their disposal a generic Inquiry Form, that forwards their request to several Providers according to the data they have submitted, and other Inquiry Forms, that forward their request to a specific Provider. To submit the Form, Users need to accept the Terms of Services and the Privacy Policy. The data that they submit will be sent to various Providers, and the Users fully consent to this. They can contact Rent WiFi to rectify or delete the data submitted from the Rent WiFi database, but they will need to contact the Providers in their destination of choice to manage their data from Providers's databases. The responsibility of rectifying, deleting or managing in any other way the User data from the Providers databases is entirely the Provider's. The list of Providers that received the Inquiry can be put at the User's disposal by contacting Rent WiFi and specifically request this information.

Receiving Business Leads

According to their Registration Plan, Providers will receive a number of Business Leads each month. This number is not fixed, it may fluctuate from one month to another, and there is no minimum number of Business Leads guaranteed per month. The delivery of the leads is alo according to the Registration Plan. Rent WiFi cannot guarantee by any means that the Business Leads will convert in actual customers for a Provider, as this depends on conditions that cannot be assumed by Rent WiFi. For an User to become a Business Lead, it must agree to the Terms of Services and the Privacy Policy of Rent WiFi. For a pocket wifi rental company to become a Provider listed on Rent WiFi, it must also agree to the Terms of Services and the Privacy Policy of Rent WiFi. Business Leads data is forwarded to Providers with the sole purpose of presenting the User with a rental deal that the User may or may not follow. The Provider will only use this data in the fore-mentioned purpose and not for any other reason. If a Provider uses the data for any other reason, this is the sole responsibility of the Provider, Rent WiFi does not assume any responsibility in case of violation of this term.

Registration Plans

Rent WiFi not give information about the Providers and the registration agreement with the Provider on our directory to third parties, other than the one already available on public profiles. As part of registration, we will create a Profile for each Provider. This profile will be publicly available as a default. We are not responsible for the information provided in the directory. You may contact us to change any data on your profile, and you may ask to permanently delete your profile and personal information. While we are trying to continuously update the information on the website, we reserve the right to not make any changes demanded by Providers that are not registered - free listed. We may change, rephrase (if the information provided by the Provider for the profile on Rent WiFi differs from the Provider's website) or share on social media your content without prior notice. The Provider content does not necessarily reflect the opinion of Rent WiFi. Payment of the registration represents an understanding of and acceptance of the terms of services. Registering in advance for at least 6 months with any package may allow you to reserve the first available position. However, a superior plan will always have priority, therefore a position downgrade may apply. Providers will be notified when a downgrade may occur.

Providers in Rent WiFi directory are not compelled to respond to inquiries made by any user, and users may or may not respond to offers made by Providers. We do not take responsibility for the conversation of any nature between users and Providers. However, we encourage both sides to share with us their experience. We reserve the right to attribute a Rent WiFi score to each Provider. This score does not reflect other Provider's or Users' opinion of a certain Provider.

We cannot guarantee a specific number of visits through our site towards a Provider official and social media sites, nor a specific number of leads (user inquiries) per month directed to a specific Provider. Moreover, we reserve the right to forward any amount of leads to any Provider. We reserve the right of modifying the features of the registration packages without any prior notice.

Rent WiFi Free Registration Plan

The Free Registration Plan is available for any pocket wifi rental company, for an unlimited period of time. It does not require any periodical renewal. The listing may be done by the pocket wifi rental company or by an Rent WiFi agent. If the listing is done by a Rent WiFi agent, the pocket wifi rental company will be notified by email that they are listed as a Provider on Rent WiFi, and the company may accept, in which case it will become a Rent WiFi Provider registered with the Free Plan, or refuse to be listed. The Free Registration Plan allows forwarding Business Leads to Providers listed with the Free Registration Plan. The Provider may refuse at any time the benefit or receiving Business Leads. Moreover, any Provider listed with the Free Plan may ask to drop from any of the benefits on the Free Registration Plan, or drop the entire Registration Plan, and Rent WiFi will comply to the request. As with all Registration Plans, the Provider may ask to make any amendments to the information presented in their Profile.

Listing information

The information in the listing is subject to several regulations. The content on Rent WiFi is under the copyright and authorship laws as the property of Rent WiFi and may not be copied or replicated without written consent by Rent WiFi. The Providers listed on Rent WiFi have the right to make amendments to the content of the Profile at any time.

Links to other websites

Rent WiFi may contain links to other sites. We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them.

Refund Policy

According to the EU laws, we offer a 14-days full refund for any reason and for any package. We do not provide any chargebacks or prorated refunds after the expiration of the refund period, including in-advance registrations.

Security

We will make everything that stands in our power to protect your data. In the very unlikely event that our system will suffer a security breach, we will take any necessary measures to remedy it and notify Providers as soon as possible. We reserve the right to ban a user IP for any or no reason, without notice or liability of any kind. Any such action could prevent you from accessing the site, the site content and any other related information.

Site availability

This site may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice or liability.

Changes to the Terms of Services

We may modify the terms from time to time without prior notification. You should revisit this terms on a regular basis for any updates.

Terminology

• Rent WiFi: the website https://rent-wifi.com, owned by the company Iacoban Alexandru-Marian Persoană Fizică Autorizată



• User: online visitor of Rent WiFi, that navigates the website and uses it's capabilities.



• Provider: a company that owns a website and operates in the pocket wifi rental niche, and has a profile on Rent WiFi.



• Inquiry Form: an online form present on Rent WiFi that Users fill in order to receive pocket wifi rental deals from one or more Providers



• Business Lead: an User that fills an Inquiry Form, accepts the Terms and Conditions & the Privacy Policy of Rent WiFi and agrees to sent a request that will be forwarded to one or more Providers, in order to receive pocket wifi rental deals by email.



• Registration Plan: a free or a paid online package at the disposal of Providers in order to be eligible for various benefits offered by Rent WiFi.
