Renting a pocket wifi is as easy as it gets. Either hit the “Get a Quote!” button above or go to our website address below and fill up the order form. You will need to select the departure and the return date, the travel destination, the Operating System your devices have shipping or handling details, and some personal details like name and email address. After placing the order, you will receive an email with the confirmation and with some tracking information. You will receive the pocket wifi one day before departure day.
Connecting and using the device is beyond easy. When you arrive at the destination, just power on the mobile hotspot and connect your gadgets (laptop, phone, tablet etc.) to your wireless network. We decided to create MOXX in France after several years in traveling overseas. We were faced to the unfortunately usual question : Will I use my data roaming plan from my operator, how much it will cost me? is it easy to find safe wi-fi in ?
We tried lots of options from using those expensive (exorbitant I should say) roaming charges, to sim card switch with local sim cards and you know that’s a pain when you have several devices with you. We usually tried to avoid using Free wifi because now more and more hack schemes emerge around it. Finally, we found a pocket wifi rental in Japan and we decided to launch the same service in France: to make it easier, cheaper but safer to stay connected in France for international travelers.

A while ago we had a client who rented our devices for an emergency business use during an exhibition her company was attending in Paris. Her connection didn’t work properly so she called us in panic, asking if we can deliver an urgent solution for her team.
