Rental Process
Step 1:Booking
A. Online Booking Please fill in the online booking form. After received your order, an email will automatically sent to the email address you provided during the booking. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order.
B. Reservation by Phone During business hours, please call us or Whatsapp 55963055 / 68283783 / 61815075 and we will have representative to answer.
Step 2:Delivery
A. Trade at Shop / MTR Please remember to pickup the SIM / Device on the day before your trip at the appointed time and location
B. Courier Service We will ship the SIM / Device to your designated address one day before your trip
Step 3:Departure
Departs to the destination
Step 4:Keep connected to the internet in destination
Once the customer arrived the destination, just use our data SIM / Pocket WiFi, then you can keep contact with your friends, business partners and customers though email / facebook / whatsapp….etc
Step 5:Return to our shop / Trade at MTR / courier service
A. Appoint for return Customers are required to return on time to the appointed location. Late return will cause additional rental charges of (rental charges x late return days) 。
B. Courier service Customer can choose to return by courier by paying the additional charge of HK$20 to save time and cost

Canceling and modifying the rental period
You may cancel your reservation with at least 3 working days in advance. Expect to pay a cancelation fee equal to 4% on your reservation, plus €5. There is no way to cancel your registration after this period. If you need to extend your rental period, you may do this by contacting the Customer Care department.
